I'm trying to decide which to go with also. But I'm also not sure if I should go 17MM or 23MM.
Has anyone seen the new ones from Traxxas? http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXUTG9&P=7
No available until late August, but they look cool.

Another cheap alternative - the Maximizer adaptors http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXNWS2&P=ML

When considering which to get, 17's are common to most 1/8 buggy wheels, whereas 23mm is common to most 1/8 truggy, correct?

Losi 8T 1.0, Savage Flux - XL style, LST XXL, Muggy, 3.3 E-Revo Conversion and sitting outside 425hp, 831 Tq Dodge Ram Turbo Diesel. It SMOKES

I use the Maximizer 17mm adapters Mike sells I have never had a problem with them...I would go with an aluminum hex and not plastic
