The motor is a Lehner XL2400. Thanks for the advice. Hopefully this won't happen again, so I won't need to try it.
But I want to thank jhautz for fixing my problem. But I also want to let you know that you made me feel like an absolute retard when you mentioned that the motor has 4 holes in the front. I knew it had 4 holes, but it didn't register right away.
Classic. I figured you would smack me for asking something so silly.
Get one of these and screw it to the front of the motor using the 3 good screw holes that are left and you wont have to worry about any more stripped holes. And if they do strip its a $12 fix.
