just make sure it is the same capacity, and I would go with the same brand since your chances that they would be the same cells would be better

I think 4s will be plenty for a 1.5d but it will eat more amps causing more heat, be sure your timing for the ESC is at the lowest setting, and I went back looking at your first post and it looks like the truck you have is an E Revo if it is the biggest 8000 size you could fit in the compartment would be a 2s

im waiting for my e-revo...but im gonna put the 1515 1,5d in the revo...i have 2 8000mah maxamp..they will fit in the case of my revo????

the biggest packs that will fit the stock compartments is 2s 8000 or 3s 5000
