No, I would rather be safe then sorry. If anyone send an item overseas for repair there is no commercial value at all. The person is not selling so you can't declare anything. The insurance is basically there for the few instances that a package does get lost or damaged. The value I posted is just an example, but can be used. I used the controller's price to ship my 2 MGM to fellow members here.
