Can you find a picture? It would help.

Sounds like:

"...front shocks; outer most shock tower hole & inner most suspension arm hole..."

= Really soft front suspension.

"...rear shocks; outer most shock tower & outer most suspension arm hole..."

= Really stiff rear suspension.

I can see that truck rolling in a hard corner since the front corner would dip and cause the rear wheel to lift. Unless he is using very light rear diff fluid, then it would just lose power in the turns and slow down that way. Nice I guess since you could stay on-power through the turn, but it would be a waste of battery capacity.
