gear down a couple teeth and you might not need to take those breaks :).

i think id still have to. i really dont run hard already with the 24t, im pretty much only going up little hills, trampeling over stuff.. all in all, going only high 20's mph. just whenever i feel the itch to wot, then ill do it a few runs.
so i think the 7xl gets hot regardless cus im not even running it that hard as you can see.

Feigaos do get hot, I have a bunch of them, and none go under 140f, no matter what gearing. This is after about 10mins. The 14xl on 8s with the rcm clamp stays around 150f even after 30mins, and it is in a savage with hardly any airflow over it. That is best success I have had with an xl... Glad to hear it is working for you. I am sure that the cc neu motors will be the hot ticket, should sell for around $150.
