I have been waiting for a refund from them too. I sent back two lipo packs that wouldn't fit my e-revo, he said they had a 30 day return policy and would give a full refund. Been waiting since the 6th, hopefully he will get around to it soon.

took 3 months to get my charger. i was happy though cause when i got it, it already had v1.5 loaded into it. and i got it on their memorial day sale so with 7% off and free shipping i got it landed for $150 :)
