Yes... it's a small track. Normally there are more jumps, but this layout didn't get much because the dirt was used up trying to level a couple of areas that were always puddling etc.

I think more dirt will be coming for the rebuild in a few weeks, so we can get some more airtime. It's also not easy to find space for big jumps on such a small track.

A smaller track can be tough on electrics too, with a lot of braking and hard accleration. Big flowing tracks carry more speed everywhere, and have a lot more WOT time... but may not have as much braking and accel off the corners. I haven't done enough running on different tracks with the same setup to compare really.

The other tracks around here are big, but I haven't been to them much with the electric car.

btw, I will let you know if I ever get up to Joliet....

Yea, let me know if yuo get out there. I'll meet you if I can. I'd love to see the Caaster in real life. Bring the 1512 though. The outdoor track there is a workout for the 1509's. Big, fast and you'll want the extra snap to clear some of the big jumps.
