I sent in an MM myself and recieved a replacement in about 2 weeks+/- I talked with a few of the techs and had an email with or two with Misty. The replacement has been great and the orginal issue I suppose could have been user error on my behalf. I'm happy with them and their service.

im not happy with their service at all
i have now sent 2 emails to them and havnt received any replies or my MM! |
