Well my new design is almost finished! I'll probably have the whole basic drawing done tomorrow.
It is a bit.. unconventional and different than anything I've seen on a Savage, but you all will see that soon.
I'm also switching to running 2 6s Zippy-R 4800 mah packs as my Dad is going to buy my Thunder Powers from me, so that has affected the layout of everything considerably.
I need to start looking for a body for it though, as it is going to be 30mm longer than the FLM extended LCG TVPs. (70mm over stock, I think?) The Savage XL body is a little bit too short, it would probably fit if I didn't have to fit it around the LST shocks, but there's no way I'm taking off those beefy things.
So does anyone know of a body that isn't 1/5th scale, but long enough to fit this large of a truck?
