thanks for all the responses, though patrick is the only one I want to hear from. to touch a few questions though; I would very much like to get a refund and just buy an mgm; I went to do that last night, except they're on vacation until 8/15!! So CC has until 8/15 to at least get me a shipping email.

someone mentioned contacting CC instead of airing dirty laundry; well, that's what prompted this whole thread! I DID contact them, and THAT'S why I'm so pissed - unlike the rest of us here who seem to have an infinite amount of patience, I for one am tired of delivery dates that come and go ALL THE TIME! Why is everyone else ok with this? What's wrong with you people??

Also, to those of you who think CC makes thousands of controllers and is SUCH a large company, guess again friends. They may be big in RC, and for what they do, but let's face it, RC ain't exactly "the thing to do", nor are brushless conversions of nitro RC vehicles. Anybody who thinks this is a popular hobby, and that any rc company is really big needs to get out a little more. And as for the "in this amount of time" comment; this product has been rumored about for 3 years now! THAT'S not enough time?

And if that other guy can build a flux capacitor to stop this fiasco from happening, THANK YOU! Then my 3 year old son and I really WILL enjoy this summer!

So, I guess at this point, no more responses are necessary. There's nothing left to say. If Patrick comes by and pours out tons of info that seems concrete, we all just may as well ignore it, as it's apparently meaningless. And as for everyone else, I guess I'll be more like everyone else here, and just quietly sit around waiting for some little company in Kansas to send me my part for my toy car that I paid for 4 months ago, and hope that it works this time around.

I'm also tired of apologizing for being pissed off about this and at CC. What did CC do that was so wonderful anyway? Why is that they can do no wrong? I used to think this forum was so great, but now all I can wonder is what in the world you guys are smokin??

Well so far in America hes the only one who has stepped up to mass produce a controller like this with great software for our "toys". Other will follow with ease once he has carved the path and taken the beating... smokin the rightous herb of patience and understanding.

I find this the most interesting part of your post. You talk about how little the rc market is and how small CC is and then complain they don't perform like you want. What do you expect from small companies in such a niche market making toys for us to play with in our spare time.

It's not that you have a complaint it's the fact of so many creating threads to do nothing but rant. This type of behavior doesn't do anything for anyone.

The reason so many of us love this forum and keep coming is the fact that here we keep the ranting down to nil. There are plenty of other forums that support these type posts so why not just go there? We at rcm like to discuss our problems like gentlemen and work things out.

The truth is CC has done nothing horrible to you, there are plenty of companies out there that offer no information to the customer when these type issues come up.

As far as the people lauding MGM, do you actually own one? I have both and while the MGM is a nice controller, it is nothing compared to the MMM. Especially considering there is not a single ESC on the market that comes close to the MMM in price and/or features. Not to mention that nowhere do you see MGM offering support on a forum like CC does. I can also guarantee that MGM would take at least as long to repair and return to you as this has.
