does unbalanced tires, slow down your top speed?

They got like this spray adheasive that glues your foam to the wheel to keep it from shifting around also I think I read somewhere that when you balance a standered size monster truck wheels and tires you about 1-2 mph increase in top speed plus it's easier on wheel bearings.
