i have also been running the 7xl with some pretty good temps. i can run for about 15 mins and temps are around 150. i take 2-3 breaks everytime i run. my trick is to cut out both front and rear windshields, and applied thermal paste between the motor and rcm motorclamp.
j3110, i havent checked out those places in berkeley yet, but i did drive by one time on the freeway, and i saw biiiig mounds of dirt just right around that area. you can see it on the freeway. looks pretty promising. once i check it out, ill let you know if its worth going k.
