How did your MMMv2 die?

mine died after 1 min...i open the case i saw a foam glued on the lid...i remove that foam and i do a groove on the lid to prevent component issue (i was thinking it was my problem)i closed the case and my v2 work good for 3 minutes and it really die.....no rx,no servo nada.. the only thing that im able to do is to setup on my pc(castle link)
