m11 are expensive as Hell, and any rx will work as long as its the same frequency. the only problem i see that the rx that comes with it has "s" connectors where the power and signal wires are flipped- might use my current rx

Actually, my XR3 wouldn't work with Airtronics RX's.

Be careful I am 99% positive you cannot use any reciever with the Airtronics transmitter. Remember there is positive and negative shift rx's and not all are compatible.
