Looks like it is wider to the diff cup side. I have not put it in yet, wearing out the last losi 48t spur(won't be long).

I have been running the Kyosho plastic spur in my buggy for a few months now with no problems.

I have the stock metal one in my truggy no trouble there either. It's louder but that's it.

i think it depends on the car.ive never damaged my plastic spur on my xt8 inspite of very hard crashes(even bended cvd's)
but i used up 4 plastic spurs on my cen arena so i got rrp spurs for it

I want to use a plastic spur gear on my XT8. What spur gear did you use? Do you have a link or part number for me so that I can order some. Thank you for your time and concern
