Yes it is the HV, I got that one so I could run it in a bigger boat. This winter I'm going to have offshore order me a 45'' mono that I'll run on 8-10s and I want to just swap the control back and forth between both boats also I just figured the bigger the better for reliability. I've heard that boats can pull some crazy amps, their lightweight with a tiny little props wtf?...lol.
