14.8 v 25c 5000mah lipo

5amp x 25 = 125amps and thats without bursts of 30c

would this hurt the esc as the esc is only 100 amp

it depends on what the motor is asking for.....if the motor is asking for as lot of amps that is whats going to happen..this will happen especially with a lower turn motor
