Wow. 3 pole. Incredible. You probably meant 3 phase 2 pole. Your magnet design can only support 2 pole (2 poles are N-S and 4 poles uses 4 magnets N-S-N-S). If your rotor was 4 pole than it would look like a Aveox, Neu, Plettenberg and Medusa and your motor would have more stators to make it work properly. This is just an awesome answer from someone who works at Novak. Please have Bob or someone else provide the correct answer.
