The cheap BECs and the CCBEC did have some noise on the power line during my tests. The DE BEC I tested had none (it was the small one though), so I imagine it's bigger brother would be similar in performance.

A couple things to try is to add a small 1000uF (or higher) 16v capacitor on your unused receiver slot. Also wrapping a turn of the throttle cable through a ferrite donut ring may help too. Your low-level wiring looks well isolated from the high current ones, so that should be fine.
