I love these plate ideas! They look awesome! About a week ago I drew up a plate in AutoCAD to work with the Gorillamaxx Chassis. I decided to make the first one out of Plexiglas but I would love to have a CF plate in the future. I haven’t had a chance to download the pictures yet, hopefully this weekend. Anyways… Here is a PDF of what I drew. Mine mounts forward and the counter sunk screw goes into the left x-brace. BTW - The box on top the plate is the exact size of the MMM.

i was careful not to solid mount my plate what with some vibration and shock failures with some MMMs. i have about 3/4 inch clearance under my mount over the rear shocks. in the even of a hard landing it has that amount of rebound slack before it will slam into the springs.
