The BK controllers have been updated a little to more effectively operate on the lower cell counts. The acceleration curve has been adjusted, as well as the LVC for the BEC, so they should work pretty well now with low cell counts. I have not been able to verify this, though, as the controllers came and went in a couple days(none for me!). More are on the way, though. The programming cable is not necessary with the warriors, but it does alllow a few tuning options. It is a good item to use with the micro controllers, as there are a few more options/parameters that can be set.
