The only things you are gonna need are two sets of spider gears for the new cases (http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXSP77&P=ML) , some kind of grease for the gears, and the diff screws for the RDL CVDs (original part that holds driveshaft to diff outdrive) - http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXDDS6&P=7 - just the scews in this link.
Also, take your time and build the diffs carefully. It is also a good idea to break the diffs in (use a power screw driver) before you install them in your truck. Once they are broken in, you carefully shim them so there is no excess play or backlash in the gears and they still roll without binding. If you get this done properly, the diffs are near bulletproof.
