I have been testing these cells for 6 months or so to decide whether or not to import them and sell them - more sample packs are on the way(of various shapes, sizes and capacities).
The mud guard on the motor side is simply a 1/8 buggy mud guard(most any one will do, but tI think mine is a HB). I trimmed it to the width I wanted and drilled an extra hole in the chassis to hold it on. There is no mud guard on the battery side(aside from the battery box itself).
JNev - the battery tray fits a maxamps size pack and the hard case packs - a touch too small for your pack I think. The chassis layout will accept either of our battery boxes, so pretty much any battery is possible with the latest chassis. :)Also, in the spirit of continual progress, I will likely stretch the next batch of chassis out a touch more - just to make body selection easier. :)
