Just some semi obvious things you might check:
1) Do you have the latest software? The latest one made the Hyp's a little less restrictive. 2) Triple check the balancer wiring (I'm sure you've done that). 3) Did you make sure you have the voltage set correctly on the charger? Can the charger charge that high? Just a question as I dont know the limits of the particular charger you have. If nothing else, run the pack down a little and try it then????
