I was going to use the AL tape also (I love working for an airplane company!!!).
BTW, Brian, I respect the heck out of your electrical abilities, but I think we should do a labor swap. You do my wiring, and I'll do your hole drilling!!

What's wrong with BrianG's hole?

Lincpimp told me BrianG has a huge drill bit and drills really good with it?

Very nice work BrianG don't let that meanie get to you.

The holes aren't perfect. And you can see where I used a dremel to file away the edges from the drill bit.

As to the huge drill bit part: I have no idea how linc would know unless one of his ladies told him...

Saw it when I hacked the area 51 section... I will never do that again... That has nothing to do with r/c.

Lol, if you got that close, you deserve whatever smell you got!

And back to the thread topic: I redid the rear cover from a metal one to a plastic one. The holes are better and everything lines up better.

Although, the screen/mesh, Al tape, and foam ideas are good too! It's nice to see multiple solutions to the same problem.
