Hell yes they are.. let them soak in the "HOT" water for about 40 minutes and they will be looking good.. you will need to find something that will allow you to soak them all at once, or they might turn out different collars..

I did a dye thread somewhere months ago but here is what / how I dye my things in.. For what it worth..

Yes I still use the cooler for drinks, it just black inside.. the wife hates me, but after 18+ years of marriage who gives a crap..
