If you get it I would think about doing the heat pad internal mod. After that + RCM heatsink, caps, and maybe fans it has been very reliable and smooth on 4s on my Maxx. Programming is ok and I haven't had to worry about it since. If you feel comfortable doing some mods and the price is low enough...
