Getting pissed because they are starting to push a normal policy.. is a bit silly.
How about a little empathy for the average dude that only has one? How many races do I want to miss to do a VERY basic repair? Now that's silly...and yes, I would crack open my home theater to fix a fan. How about this idea. Fix it and THEN send them out?
