How Do You Replace Ultra Shocks (EMaxx Stock Shocks) Shafts? - 11.08.2008, 12:49 AM

I can't seem to find a way, I'm just uberly retarded...

Help... anyone?

Can't find it in the exploded diagrammys.

P.S. I like these shocks with my Trinity XXX springs, so no upgrade.. yet

Take the cap off and the plastic end off the shaft and push it through the body...

Reverse for assembly.

Hold the shaft with pliers and unscrew the rod end.

As far as the bent shaft, should I attempt to cut it with some cutters?

I would try to straighten it out and oull it out the top. If not then cut it off and try to keep the cut clean so as not to destroy the o rings in the bottom of the shock.
