That is awesome. I will go with that route then so if I feel installing my VBS, it will just be a cinch.

Is it 7075T6 or 6061T6?

This thing is soooo bad ass!!! What would be required to complete one? How much would it cost? That chassis is one work of art!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you mentioned going with a robinson racing slipper- the t-maxx slipper is 32 pitch, while the monster gt rr slipper is the more favorable mod 1 pitch. Mounting on both is identical. The only drawback is that the mgt slipper only comes with a 54 tooth spur gear which is 56mm in diameter. The mgt is the way to go, I just don't know if space will allow for it.
