Good, so who is your reflow soldering QC engineer? You should have a good talk to him.
I inspected two V2s and found A LOT of small solder balls ALL OVER THE PCB BOARD, some even locate between IC pins. The solder balls are held in place by either the solder resin or the protective film later applied on the board after soldering.
