Thanks. - 11.23.2008, 08:20 AM

Thank you Jordan. Yea those are the aluminum wheels I picked up a while back thinking that I was going to use them, but now I have the Axial beadlocks to torture. The deepdish aluminum wheels will be strictly for show now. I really like the lightning as well. I just put the double monoblock on last night and I hope to turn it into the highspeed project. Glad you like.

No Plates. - 11.23.2008, 08:36 AM

No plates needed. I had to a little bit of grinding to get two of them to fit together, but then it bolts right up to the truck. I am actually thinking about getting one of their "Bollito" motors for that. I have to do some more research before making a final decision. I will probably pick up one of Lutach's high voltage controllers for it as well. Yea this one is going to be fun.

Thanks again guys. I do have one big Maximum on hand, but if I am going to spend some serious bling to get this thing moving on down the road, then I want to get the best motor I can find for the money that would fit on the SuperMaxx. From what I remember the Bolido is a monster of a motor and kicks some serious behind. I have a center diff to put in her, and I know I will have to do some creative mounting for the motor but I will do it. The only thing about me is that I am in no real hurry. I have to pace myself $$$$ wise and collect exactly what I need for it. Plus I am working on 4 projects at one time. AND now I will have to help the boys build their trucks also. Life is good.
