Hmmm.... Not really. Dan @ KD told me a 12T 32p gear with a 6mm bore would be almost impossible to make since the bore is sooo close to the inner radius of the gear teeth. In other words, it could self-destruct under a high enough load.

I'm far from letting this one go, however. I've gotten the drill case cleared out enough that everything fits inside. That's quite an accomplishment in itself.

Hmm, can you turn the motor shaft down and use a 5mm bore pinion? I made a nifty pvc clamp for my machinist when he turned Paralyzed's shaft down (sounds nasty) and it turned out fine...
