why does the balancer have 4 wires coming off of it? sory if its a stupid question but my 2s only have 3 wires.

Maybe they plan on only releasing 2s and 3s models and don't want to use different plugs. Maybe keeping the uneccessary wire there helps to act like a strain relief for the other three needed wires.

Would the 4th wire parallel off to the 2 cells?
