I use tape too. Note that not every tape works well here. I chose a roll of tape that's highly resistant to high temperature, it's originally manufactured to be used in power coils to hold copper wires in place.

aluminum duct tape, in the hvac trade it's comonly refered to as silver tape. It's very sticky and will stay stuck in all temps. Easy to trim off the excess and keep everything looking clean. If you can't find any or don't want to buy a whole role let me know!

The yellow-orange tape is called Kapton tape. Some Lipo manufacturers use it to isolate the tabs in non-PCB Lipos.

Duct tape, and the rcm heatsink/clamps fit fine. I have the L on my 36-60-2000.You could trim some scrap lexan and use the clamp to hold it on I think. I just used tape though.

I thought there was a thread stating the Mike was working on a Medusa specific endbell clamp/heatsink for the Medusa's. If so is there any word on when it will be released?

Thanks.

The traxxas vxl endbell covers work with the medusas. They're the right size at least. You can get a cover on tower and someone here used one and posted a pic but I don't know where...

I don't have a problem with my Medusa. It is in my road car so rocks and stuff don't really concern me. I have a 36/60 3100 and it is a beast on 3s.
