How would this go? It's a Manson, and only AUD$239 (which is what - USD$170-odd) but it's 40amp and adjustable voltage up to 15v...

Hope it'll work well, cause i have ordered it - i plan to use it to sync-charge 2x 6S 6000mah lipos (@ 1C) on the DUOII that i have on the way... I couldn't figure out the calculations brianG put up, so just went overkill as best as i could - i've come to the conclusion that maths and numbers are never gonna be my forte -lol-
*edit - there is nothing that mentions the watt rating of this p/s tho... is there a way to figure that out, or does it just depend on how it has been made? The manual recommends a BK Elctronics 15v/40A/600W p/s (#1692) but it appears to look exactly the same.... likely not to be looking at the price, but could it actually be the same thing? Maybe just with a lesser W rating (considering it isnt mentioned on the "Manson" site...)
