Looks pretty neat, does it come with metric hardware and is it machined or moulded?

are the gears etc included?

From what I can gather everything is included. I am sure the cases are case, then machined where necessary. Definately a big truck, with a 22"+ wheelbase. Most super class rigs are 17" maxx for the wheelbase. I am working on a clod axle based truck and those axles mook similar, but better designed. The motor is higher up so ground clearance, especially at the back should be much better. MOA (motor on axle) trucks are better in most respects than shaftys, as the weight is lower and the lack of driveshafts opens up different chassis and linkage opportunities.

now the only is that i've to find a way to get the crawler without letting my WIFE A CHANCE to yell at me

there are several methods that you can use. 1) buy her something nice as cover for what you really spend your money on

4) do it behind her back, then claim ignorance. This works with more than just rc!!!

Don’t do the third one!..

I do what Linc does: whistle:.. do it behind her back, then claim ignorance. This works with more than just rc too...

since i got a 1 year old little girl and most of my $$$ belongs to her now.....

A lot of us have already lived through just that situation. We have 8 kids and two grandkids, and even though we do our best to make sure that everyone is taken care of we have to do things for ourselves to. Otherwise you grow old and bitter, because no one will do for you the way you do for them. That is just the nature of being a parent. We love all of our kids very much, but there are still things that my wife and I desire in our lives as well. When you have one child that child tends to be spoiled, but when you have more then one things change drastically. You learn quickly that you have to save some things for you and the wife, together and individually. I have my R/C addiction now, and the wife has her own fine silver jewelry business(Silpada). So everyone gets a piece of the pie. No regrets.
