I don't know if you got the V1 notes, as I sent them to the link on the wheelchairdesigns web site. I figured I may as well add it as an attachment, that way anyone else can look at it and contribute as well.
Also, I did some work on your letter, see the other post you made. Hope that helps. Please don't take offense to anything that I say. I want your letter to be professional, to the point, and poignant. Charities get letters all the time and yours has to stand out from the rest. It has to grab their attention so that they bring it to the right people's attention.
Remember that many large charitable organizations are multimillion dollar industries. They have all the workings of something like Microsoft, peons, peons' bosses, and the people that actually have some pull. You need to get past these barriers to ensure that your gift is noteworthy.
