Yup, should work with your motor.
I have mine running my crt x1, with 6s A123 and a kb45 2300kv motor, and the esc handles it fine and stays pretty cool after a full batts worth of bashing. IF you do get it, you will need a BEC or separate receiver pack. I run a CC Bec and it works great.
