Rivermaxx, I think one of the reasons Over revo's record (for the Revo) is not broken yet is due to the fact that people here are more matured compared to those attention-seeking-wanna-be's from the traxxas forum. Just look at the threads they are posting. Over revo spent a lot of time working on his setup. He didn't say anything until after his succesful initial run. In addition to that, he's a factory driver for AB mods so he has access to better stuff.

Only a handful of people here are speed freaks. I tried it with my gmaxx but did not fare well due to uncontrollability at high speeds in addition to not having a safe place to do the speed runs. I'm content doing 50-55 mph runs and double flips.

Anyway, it can be done. It just a matter of time. Let those noobs post and talk about there setups. In the end, someone will be able to do it.

First of all, Hi! im new member on this forum :)


I just wanted to correct some things i seen about me that are incorrect..

When i tested my revo it was for myself, never intended to beat an electric or anything... Im tired of the people using my "record" for arguing , i do it for fun its part of my hobby, i post the video for people that may want to know how to get that kind of speed...

Its just toys .... lol


At that time i was not an ABmods Team driver yet, and all was done was installing the big block, gearing and tires. Nothing serious :)
I never talk about something that may not happen, money can be an issue in RC lol Thats why i posted result once done...

What was time consuming is repair the transmission that was failing just about every time igot it out for speed runs :)


Anyway, just wanted to put fact straight about that, i read a lot of stuff about me i have no idea where it came from!

Finaly im not into that nitro vs electric thing, i run what i like until i switch stuff, right now its nitro who know what it will be next :)
