Yea considering the purchase price of some of the other manufacturers packs of the same or better size dealing with Maxamps is no longer neccessary. There are better rated packs for half what Maxamps charges, and problems with these packs seems to be much less of an issue from what we have been reading on most of the R/C sites. Maxamps is loosing ground quickly in competitive pricing, customer service reputation, dependability, and cost effectiveness. I have Maxamps packs myself, but due to the pricing issues alone with the poor economy it is just not worth bothering with them any longer. They need to work on their product, their customer services, and lower their prices if they want to survive, and keep our business.
