Ok, but maybe im not so good at this, but 3300= 3300rpm/v..how is that gona get any speed ?

Gearing, but I recommend 3s for the 3300 medusa.

How about the 4400 verison..is that to "HOT" for 3s lipo ?

3300 is a 3s motor, 4800 is a 2s motor. Just order the medusa with the 1/8" shaft option, then you can keep your pinions.
