Tell me about Medusa motors for 1/8th

I have had a 36-60-2000 with a RCM heatsink/clamp,and a .5x2in. slit in the bottom of the windshield for air in my FLM E Maxx with a mmm on 4s. Geared for 40mph it hit 160f one time when I was running through snow spinning most ot the time. I have run SPC 8000mah packs till cutoff on a soccer field non stop and am lucky if it hits 130. I just put a 36-70-2300 in it and have yet to run it. My Neu 15151y smooth can tends to run about 10f hotter in my x1crt on 4s geared fot 40. From what I have read and seen for my self I would get the medusa and use the saved money for other upgrades.
