Poor speller? Look at this.

One of Maryland's few star football players is flunking English and will be kicked out of school. Refrigerator Ralph really needs this kid, and he knows the chairman of the English department is a huge football fan. Ralph takes the kid before the chairman and asks for help. The prof agrees to give the kid a test to keep him eligible. The kid flunks. The prof gives him the remedial English test from Montgomery College (a JC). The kid flunks. Finally the prof says to Ralph, "I'm going to give him a one word spelling test. If he gets one letter of the word right, I'll give him an A and keep him eligible." The Fridge agrees that this would be a good idea.

The professor says to the player, "the word is coffee."

And the kid spells it......
