Hmmm the Epic's are good, but I'm considering getting some STRC alloy rings to go on them. They are a mm thicker for a tighter grip and much lighter. Plus you can get them in Monster green lol.

Good to know. Are the strc rings specific to the epics, or are they the same as a axial 2.2 ring?

I'm not sure how the Axial lockers work, the Epics only have one beadlock ring per wheel which puts equal pressure on both sides. They fix with six bolts. I can tell you that the Epic rings are 6cm in diameter and the bolts on opposite sides of the wheel are just about 5cm apart if that helps.

The Epic wheels have the correct offset for the Slash though, that's why I went for them.
