Its to keep the weight down. Also I'm only trying to go 40mph....not 60 like most. Also buggies are VERY light so running higher KV motors and lower voltage is not as bad.

Ummmm.... I agree with the last guy. Your not gonna have much success with 2s in a 1/8 buggy.
I would strongly recoment going with at least 4s. to make it... or break it... Silent...But Deadly |
