i tried an external rx pack and everything arms perfectly with all the beeps and the steering works but the throttle doesnt work.. is this mamba done or will a ccbec fix this?

The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

Did you pull the positive wire out of the ESC plug?
