Yeah, there is a difference, but VERY slight. Mod0.8 is actually 31.75p, or 32p is Mod0.7938

Robinson Racing's 1/8" bore are 32P and their 5mm bore are Mod0.8. All of the Traxxas spurs are Mod0.8, so to me, it makes sense to run the Mod0.8 and either a 5mm shaft motor or a bore reducer. Besides, the 5mm bore Mod0.8 pinions are a bit wider than the 1/8" bore 32P.
