Possiable Brushless Interference Problems?

You cant go back to nitro, its illegal once you've gone BL.

I rarely get issues with my FM radio, so I doubt its the rx causing issues unless its faulty. Are you sure its not the esc itself causing issues (is this an old or new hvmaxx with adjustable lvc settings?) Could it be the batteries causing issues, or outside interference from somewhere like powerlines etc?

Going back to nitro just because of a glitch issue is a bit extreme to say the least...
